Warranty, Repairs & Care

Repair process

Is your Buddha to Buddha jewelry broken? If the jewelry was purchased via our official webshop, you can register the return shipment through our return portal: click here. Choose the return reason ‘product is defective’ in the return portal. Please clearly describe the complaint and attach photos if possible. Legally, the consumer is responsible for a return shipment. Always ensure you have proof of shipment and pack your return shipment carefully. Once we have received your return and processed it, we will contact you as soon as possible.

If the jewelry was purchased at another point of sale, the complaint/repair should be handled through the point of sale. Contact them via email or phone, or visit the store!

If the jewelry was purchased from our official webshop before September 1, 2024, or if you wish to offer jewelry for repair where the warranty period has already expired, you may send the jewelry to our headquarters in Amsterdam. Please include a note with your name, address, email address, phone number, and a description of the complaint. Buddha to Buddha is not liable for damage or loss of sent items. We advise you to send the jewelry registered and insured as a (letterbox) package. Keep the proof of shipment safe.

After physical assessment, we will inform you whether the repair falls under warranty. If this is the case, the repair will be initiated immediately. We do our best to complete the repair within two weeks. Once the repair is ready, you will, of course, receive notification from us. For warranty claims, a proof of purchase is always required. Without proof of purchase, there are always costs associated with a potential repair.

If the defect does not fall under warranty or the warranty period has expired, we will share a price quote with you. If you agree to the price quote, the repair will be initiated. Once the repair is ready, you will receive an invoice by email. After receipt of payment, the repaired jewelry will be shipped. If you do not agree to the price quote, the jewelry will be returned unrepaired. We do charge return and inspection costs of €12.50.
