Due to the holiday season, it is possible that your order will not be shipped on time or may be delayed by the shipping company. If your order has not been handed over to the shipping company on time, you will receive a message from us. We hope for your understanding!
Order Processing and Shipping Information
Once your order is placed, Buddha to Buddha will promptly begin processing it. Items in stock will be shipped directly to you. In the rare event that an item marked "in stock" is unexpectedly unavailable (for example, due to simultaneous orders), we will contact you immediately. We will update you on the expected delivery time or offer alternative options. If an item cannot be delivered right away, you will be notified by email with the expected delivery timeline.
If you’ve ordered the wrong item or simply want to change your order, no problem! As long as your package hasn’t been shipped yet, you can cancel your order. Just email us at store@buddhatobuddha.com or call +31 (0)88 20 51 000.
Shipping methods
Your order will be carefully packaged and shipped to the address you provided.

Netherlands and Belgium: Orders will be shipped with PostNL or DHL Evening Delivery.

Europe: Shipments will be sent with DHL Parcel Connect.

Outside Europe: Orders will be delivered by a local shipping company.
You will receive a Track and Trace number via email to track your order. If you’re not home when delivery is attempted, the courier may leave the package with a neighbor or at a nearby pick-up point. In some cases, the package will be re-delivered the next business day.

Free delivery for orders over €50. For orders under €50, shipping costs are €3.99.

For delivery via DHL Evening Delivery, an additional €2.99 fee applies.

Orders placed before 15:30 will be delivered the next business day.

Orders placed on Friday evening or over the weekend will be processed and shipped on Monday.

Duties and taxes
For orders shipped outside the EU, import duties and taxes may apply, which are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges vary by country, and unfortunately, Buddha to Buddha has no control over these costs and cannot predict the amount. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.
