Easy Online Returns with Buddha to Buddha

We hope you love your purchase, but if you're not completely satisfied, you can easily return any unused items within 30 days after delivery, no questions asked. Please note that items purchased through the official Buddha to Buddha webshop must be returned directly to us and cannot be returned or exchanged at other stores. We aim to make your return process as hassle-free as possible, ensuring you feel confident and cared for with every purchase.

 

Here’s how to make a return:

  1. Start Your Return: Simply register your return on our easy-to-use return portal.

  2. Prepare Your Package: After registration, you'll receive a return form and the address for our warehouse in the United States. Pack your items safely back into the box.

  3. Drop It Off: Take your package to a drop-off location that works best for you.

  4. Get Your Receipt: Make sure to obtain proof of shipment and keep it safe until your return is fully processed.

     

Please note that return shipping costs are not covered by Buddha to Buddha.

 

Return Guidelines for a Hassle-Free Experience

To ensure a smooth return process and to help you get your refund or exchange as quickly as possible, please keep the following in mind:

  • Condition of Items: Please return your items undamaged and with the original labels attached. We inspect all returned items to ensure they are in good condition. Unfortunately, items that are visibly worn, damaged, or returned without labels cannot be accepted.

  • Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to send back your items. Returns sent after this period may not be accepted, and the package may be returned to you.

  • Exchange Policy: We are unable to offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to receive a different model or size, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for your desired product. This ensures you receive the new item quickly and efficiently.

  • Personalized Items: We cannot accept returns or exchanges for personalized jewelry, as these are specially made for you.

  • Complete Returns: If your purchase came with free gifts or special packaging, please include them with your return. Otherwise, the commercial value of these items may be deducted from your refund.

Once we receive your return package, we will process your return within approximately 5 working days. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method that was used for the original purchase. Please note that any promotional discounts applied to your order will be forfeited if the return of items causes the total order amount to fall below the promotion's threshold. Additionally, if you choose to return part of a set, the special set price will no longer apply, and the items kept will revert to their original pricing.
