Order Processing and Shipping Information

Once your order is placed, Buddha to Buddha will begin processing it promptly. In the rare event that an item marked "in stock" is unavailable due to simultaneous orders, we will reach out to you right away. You’ll be informed about the expected delivery time or presented with alternative options. If an item is temporarily out of stock, we’ll notify you by email with an updated delivery timeline.

Changed your mind or ordered the wrong item? No worries! If your order hasn’t been processed yet, you can easily cancel it. Just email us at store@buddhatobuddha.com or call us at +31 (0)88 20 51 000.

Shipping Methods

We take great care in packaging your order, which will be shipped via DHL Express to the address you provide. You’ll receive a tracking number via email, so you can follow your shipment's progress. If you’re not home at the time of delivery, the package may be left with a neighbor or at a nearby pick-up point. In some cases, it will be re-delivered the next business day.

• Shipping Costs: Free for orders over $100. For orders under $100, a $19.99 shipping fee applies.

• Duties & Taxes: We cover all duties, taxes, and fees with our Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) service, so you don’t have to worry about any extra charges.

• Delivery Time: Approximately 2-3 business days.

Please be aware that during public holidays, order processing may take a little longer. We’ll keep you informed of any delays on our website.

Engraved Items

Please note that engraved items are custom-made and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged. Additionally, the delivery time for engraved products is typically 1-3 business days longer than for non-custom items.
