If you wish to return your online purchase from the United Kingdom, you can return the unused item(s) within 30 days after delivery. Purchases in the official Buddha to Buddha webshop cannot be returned or exchanged at other stores. 

You can register your return in our return portal. After registration, you will receive a DHL return label within 48 hours. You pay a small amount for the shipping costs (£9,99). This amount will be deducted from the refund. The consumer is responsible for a return. So make sure you pack your return carefully and keep the proof of shipment safe until your return has been processed.

Return conditions

• You can return orders placed via the official Buddha to Buddha webshop within 30 days after delivery. 
• Jewelry including an engraving cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Piercings cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygienic reasons once the package has been opened. 
• To receive the full refund, items must be returned undamaged with the labels still attached. All items are checked upon receipt. For items that are visibly worn or damaged, in an unacceptable state, or returned without labels, we may charge depreciation or the return will not be accepted.
• Packaging and any free gifts with purchases must also be returned. If this is not done, the commercial price will be charged.
• Any claim to a discount promotion expires if you return items from an order and the total amount falls below the threshold amount of the respective promotion. If you wish to return part of a set, the special set price will be expired and the original price will be applied.

Exchange
It is not possible to request an exchange. Once we have received and processed the return, you will receive a refund. You can place a new order for the desired item yourself. 

Personalized jewelry

Items including an engraving cannot be returned or exchanged. If a mistake has been made during the production process of your jewelry, we will resolve this as soon as possible. In this case, please contact our customer service via email, phone, or WhatsApp. Please mention your order number and send a photo of the jewelry so we can assist you as best as possible.

Refund

After receiving your return package we will process your return within 5 working days. Buddha to Buddha uses the same payment method for the refund that you used when placing the order. For the return shipment, we will deduct an amount of £9,99 from the refund.
