Order Processing and Shipping Information
Once you place your order, Buddha to Buddha will begin processing it right away. Items that are in stock will be shipped directly. In the rare event that an item marked "in stock" is unexpectedly unavailable (which can happen in the case of simultaneous orders), we’ll contact you immediately with an update. You’ll be informed of the new expected delivery date or presented with alternative options. If an item is temporarily out of stock, we’ll notify you by email with an updated delivery time.
If you’ve ordered the wrong item or changed your mind, don’t worry! As long as your package hasn’t been shipped yet, you can cancel your order. Just email us at store@buddhatobuddha.com or call us at +31 (0)88 20 51 000.
Shipping Methods
Your order will be carefully packaged and shipped to the address you provided using DHL Parcel Connect. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a Track and Trace number so you can follow your package every step of the way. If you’re not home when the delivery is attempted, the courier may leave your package with a neighbor or at a nearby pick-up point. In some cases, the package may be re-delivered the next business day.

- Shipping Costs: Free for orders over £75. For orders under £75, a £14.99 shipping fee applies.
- Duties & Taxes: We cover all duties, taxes, and fees with our Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service, so you don’t have to worry about any extra charges.
- Delivery Time: Approximately 4-5 business days.

Please note that during public holidays, order processing may take a bit longer. We’ll keep you updated on our website regarding any closures or delays.

Engraved Products
Please note that engraved items are custom-made and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged. The delivery time for engraved products is typically 1-3 business days longer than for non-custom items.
